Maribeth Orr, MD

Dr. Maribeth Orr is dual board certified in Obesity Medicine and Family Medicine. After a rewarding and highly successful career as a family doctor for 16 years, she retired in 2021 to pursue full time treatment of obesity and metabolic dysfunction with a comprehensive approach at helping patients achieve and maintain optimal health throughout their lifespan. Dr. Orr is dedicated to addressing the medical, behavioral, and psychological aspects of obesity, providing personalized and evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Dr. Orr is actively involved in education and teaching through the Obesity Medicine Association and at medical conferences. As a supplement to her clinical work, Dr. Orr takes great pride in being an age-group competitive triathlete and CrossFitter. She is a Level 1 CrossFit trainer and 2024 CrossFit Open quarterfinalist using her skills and knowledge to help her patients with the movement pillar in metabolic health. She has been married to her husband, Michael, for 27 years and they have 4 children- Truman, Maizey, Lainey, and Pullen.
