Looking for a snack to satisfy a crunchy, salty craving? Seapoint Farms Dry Roasted Edamame is a high protein, high fiber plant-based option that can satisfy while still helping you stay on track with your health goals.

We love that this snack has simple ingredients (just soybeans, sea salt and wasabi powder in the wasabi-flavored version) and provides 6g fiber, 5g protein and 130 calories per ⅓ cup serving. That is a snack that is sure to be satiating and help keep you full until your next meal. If your plan limits snacking, these beans can also be a great addition to a meal. Try sprinkling on top of a salad for some crunch without the croutons, add to a stir-fry for texture and flavor (or spice!), or on top of a grain bowl for some added protein.

Taste Review

Here’s what the Enara staff had to say about the sea salt flavor:

“They’re really good! Crunchy, lightly salted, and almost a little sweet (but my tastes are a little different compared to others!)”

—A Medical Provider

“They are a bit dry (thanks to being lower in fat compared to nuts) but strangely addictive. I found myself halfway through a bag before realizing what had happened.”

—A Nutrition Specialist
