Who may qualify
- You have Medicare Part D prescription-drug coverage.
- You are 18 or older.
- You aren't already getting a GLP-1 medication through your Part D plan.
- Your weight care is for weight management — not type 2 diabetes, sleep apnea, or liver disease (those use a different Medicare path Enara also handles).
- Based on your height, weight, and any heart, kidney, blood-pressure, or pre-diabetes conditions, you meet the program’s health criteria.
