Obesity is the biggest epidemic in human history and it calls for a new type of healthcare. This epidemic can not simply be dieted and exercised away. Our mission is to develop the first ever platform to scale obesity treatment. Our platform will allow for the latest breakthroughs in nutrition, exercise, and obesity science to be optimized and  delivered in a series of personalized and programmable experiences.

Objective

The Head of Technology will be a key member of the leadership team and will continue to build Enara’s Technology into a world-class, cohesive product delivery engine. We are seeking an exceptional leader with strong startup experience, with a focus on exceeding expectations and who operates with vision and integrity.

Key responsibilities

  • You will responsible for driving overall technology roadmap and execution for Enara’s digital products and data engines.  
  • Serve as a key leader by driving the evolution of the Technology function into a cohesive high performance team
  • Spearhead, develop and maintain processes and procedures needed to ensure the stable and dependable growth of the function to meet the evolving needs of Enara and its clients
  • Implement processes and infrastructure that support long-term growth, while maintaining flexibility to adapt to short-term needs.

Skills & Personal characteristics

  • Strong startup experience
  • Exceptional track record in recruiting and developing excellent people.
  • Highly technical: capable of wading into the details, but can also drive 30k foot view
  • Experience and strong track record of working with cloud-based serverless and micro services architecture.
  • Strong experience with AI (NLP, Deep Learning)
  • Entrepreneurial and pioneering with outstanding strategic and conceptual thinking skills. Will be capable of devising strategy and managing the detail of implementation.
  • Visionary and entrepreneurial. Must have the ability to challenge the norm and the ability and energy to drive change and improvement in the Technology function and company as a whole.

We’re an early stage healthcare technology and service start-up that has already reached 1.5m in ARR and we are looking for a hands-on, versatile, team members to join our  executive ranks, taking charge of our growth and marketing strategy.

We are looking for growth executive who can also function as chief marketing office. You will responsible for the design/implementation of processes to support business growth through a variety of customer and market channels. The CMO facilitates business growth by defining the data points and setting up the  infrastructure to capture, build, and maintain relationships with prospective and current patients, as well as business partners/funnels (primary care doctors, employers, insurances)

Responsibilities/Requirements

  • You’re committed, trustworthy, easy to work with and motivated
  • Define growth metrics and make sure the right data infrastructure is in place to track metrics across the company.
  • Using data to prioritize which layers of the funnel should growth initiatives be focused? For instance, should resources go to user acquisition or to combatting churn?
  • Uses data to help CTO/COO define growth-specific product improvements.
  • Working with CEO and COO on storytelling and brand definition.
  • Guide  other departments to a unified approach to customer service, sales, production, recruiting, that meets company vision and values.
  • Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (product offering development, recruiting, branding, communications etc.), and ensure they project the company’s unique “voice”
  • Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR, and other marketing efforts across multiple channels (websites, social media, press, etc.)
  • Fluent in the full spectrum of acquisition channels at their disposal
    • Owned Media: Email, Facebook, Craigslist, Twitter, Pinterest, Apps.
    • Paid: Ads (Mobile, Web, Video, TV, Radio, SEM, Affiliate), Sponsorships.
    • Earned Media: SEO, PR, Word of Mouth
  • A guru in Salesforce,  Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and A/B testing tools.

Responsibilities/Requirements

We are looking for passionate, engaging dietitians to work with physicians and clinical staff to provide intensive behavioral and medical therapy for Obesity and Diabetes; provide MNT and DSMT for patient with diabetes and other chronic diseases; independently plan, develop and direct all nutritional care activities for assigned clients, including those with complex medical and nutritional needs. Nutrition care will be performed on an individual basis through weekly face to face appointments and via telehealth plus daily engagement through our proprietary mobile app.

We are looking for those with:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food &/or Nutritional Science.

• Minimum six (6) months of experience in clinical nutrition as a Registered Dietitian, specifically working with patients with Diabetes or other metabolic diseases.

• Current registration w/ the Commission on Dietetic Registry (CDR) in good standing.

• Knowledge of clinical competencies based on Nutrition Care Standards of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND), California Dietetic Association (CDA).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

• Strong proficiency and experience with medical technology including EMR and mobile apps.

• Collaboration & problem solving skills required.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE), Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC), Board Certified Specialist in Renal Nutrition (CSR), Fellow of the American Dietetic Association (FADA).

• Previous experience in curriculum development.

• Demonstrated knowledge of behavior change.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish/Cantonese/ Mandarin) – major plus and will be compensated for fluency.

• Previous individual, small group and large group/classroom training/teaching experience.
