Meet Aman, our February Rockstar! He has lost more than 12% of his starting weight and has reduced his body fat by more than 14%!

I've been active all my life but found that over the years, as I hit my 40s, my weight and my cholesterol began to creep up. I was finding it really difficult to outline and stick to a good diet, what with my travel schedule and the fact that I have never really been a healthy eater. I've gone on diets before but it was hard to stick to them and eventually my weight bounced back.

A friend put me onto Enara, and I found the technology and team to be a really effective combination for me to manage my diet. I learned how to improve my diet in a few easy-to-execute ways. This time I've stuck to the plan, with weekly advice from my dietitian, monthly check-in's on body comp, and a smart scale that reinforces on a daily basis how I'm doing. I've dramatically reduced carbs and sugars (though I will still indulge from time to time) and rotated to a higher protein diet. 

I feel like the Enara team has done an excellent job of providing options, advice, and accountability.  

My weight has dropped from 208 pounds at the start (about 2 years ago now) to just under 170. More importantly, it was all fat that came off, and I kept my muscle intact with eating + working out 5 or 6 times a week. My body fat % dropped from just over 29% to under 14% today, and my LDL / triglycerides have dropped dramatically.

Aman's Percent Body Fat

PBF (Percent Body Fat) is the percentage of your body that is made up of fat. Everything else is usually referred to as “lean tissue.” This gives a more accurate representation of health, fitness, and leanness.
