We are always on the lookout for new foods that are compliant and can be added to your diet! Costco is a great place for bulk healthy items like black beans, canned tomatoes, spices and olive oil, but we wanted to see if they offered anything new and different. In fact, the dietitians stopped by Costco this month and here are some of their best finds along with other products worth mentioning. Stock up on these on your next Costco run!

E Spaghetti

Wanting comfort food with the cold weather quickly settling in? Try this edamame spaghetti as it serves up 24g protein per serving which will help you stay full and content. In addition, edamame is also rich in fiber which makes this pasta a great 2-for-1 deal!
Hemp Hearts

Change up your breakfast routine by topping off your Greek yogurt or oatmeal with hemp seeds! They add a great nutty flavor and are a rich source of Vitamin E and essential fatty acids. In addition, hemp hearts provide both insoluble and soluble fiber to give your digestion an extra boost! *Always remember to portion as they can bet caloric.
M Sauce

We like this marinara sauce for a few reasons. One, it’s flavorful and rich tasting with only 80 calories per ½ cup. While a lot of jarred sauces add more processed oils such as soybean, this one uses heart health extra virgin olive oil. No added sugar in this jar either!
