My name is Julie. I started with Enara over a year and a half ago. I went to my doctor who told me I was overweight and had both high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I wasn’t happy, and I knew I needed to change. I was about to turn 60 years old, and I was motivated to make my final year in my 50s a turning point for my health and happiness. My doctor then referred me to Enara, a program that would change my life.

I’ve been on Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig in the past. I was able to lose some weight, but I always struggled keeping it off. Eating was still the hardest part for me. My usual was two to three sodas a day, and it was a hard habit for me to break. Each time I opened my fridge, it was a challenge. I didn’t feel like I was taught the tools necessary to feel confident going into kitchen, knowing I could make smart and healthy food choices.

My first visit to Enara I met with Leticia. She was so helpful getting me started on my weight loss journey and always encouraging me. Then I met with my nutritionist, Viveca. She was amazing. She helped with all my food choices and gave me great advice on smart eating. I always look forward to my video meetings every week with her.

With the help of the Enara program, it is so easy for me to make the right food choices. I try foods now that I’ve never tried before. I was finally able to give up the soda and haven’t had one for a year and a half! Leticia also encouraged me to weight train to regain muscle strength. I joined a gym near me and now work with a trainer two days a week for an hour at a time. These are all things I felt like I could never do in the past. I couldn’t have achieved any of this if it wasn’t for Enara.

I just turned 60 years old this month. I am down 30 pounds and have met my weight loss goal. I have never felt more happy and healthy than I do now. I owe all of this to Enara and can’t thank them enough for bringing my smile back!
