I’ve always felt dressings were an underrated aspect of maintaining a healthful eating pattern. At some point I think everyone needs at least a bit of variety and dressings can be that manipulated variable. Whether you’re having a salad or looking for a bit of extra flavor for your protein and grain bowl, I think this greek yogurt dressing might be a solid addition to your dressing rotation.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of greek yogurt
- ⅓ cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
Directions:
Finely chop garlic. Combine measured ingredients in a bowl or measuring cup. Mix thoroughly. If the dressing comes out too thick, add a tablespoon of water at a time until the desired thinness is reached. When fully mixed, pour into a squeeze bottle for easy dispensing.
