Anika Murray, MD

Dr. Anika Murray specializes in virtual healthcare and the promotion of health literacy for all. She is a board-certified physician in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. She is native of Maryland, but has enjoyed living along the entire East Coast. Her passion is to help patients heal from the inside out and to guide them on journeys to become the best versions of themselves. Throughout her 20+ years in medicine, she has prioritized the treatment of obesity using Lifestyle Medicine. While serving as Medical Director for many Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation facilities, she organized multi-specialty care teams and specialized care plans for bariatric patients with the goal of improving functional status, decreasing medication use, and improving overall outlook on life. Dr. Murray is energized by spending time with her family, helping the underserved, boxing, and traveling…with the goal of finding the best beach in the world!
