Grocery Spotlight: TJ’s “Just Chicken”

If you’ve attended Mayble’s Trader Joe’s Grocery Store Tour in the past, you may have heard her say how the “Just Chicken” wasn’t just chicken when we took a look at the ingredient list. Well, great news! Trader Joe’s has recently revamped this product and now the ingredients are as simple as can be: cooked chicken breast, water, extra virgin olive oil, salt and black pepper! If you didn’t have time to prepare any protein for your week, this could be a great option for you. Use it to top salads, over a cooked grain, or wrapped in a low-carb tortilla with some hummus and a handful of greens.
