Each patty is 190 calories and provides 19g protein, and they are also a great source of fiber, at 8g per patty!! They have clean ingredients, made with protein-packed organic tofu, organic veggies (carrots, cabbage, onions) and shiitake mushrooms for an umami-rich flavor.
