Aya Rifai, MD

Aya Rifai, MD, is an obesity specialist, chief internist, and founder of the Integritas Wellness Institute and the Integritas Wellness Boutique, both in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. Dr. Rifai is also the medical director of Weight Loss of Michigan in Bloomfield Hills. She earned her medical degree at the University of Aleppo in Aleppo, Syria. She then completed her internal medicine residency at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. Dr. Rifai is board certified in obesity medicine and internal medicine.

She previously worked as an attending physician in internal medicine at Arcturus Healthcare in Rochester Hills, Michigan. She is a member of the Obesity Medical Association, The Obesity Society and the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. She holds lectures on overweight, obesity, and diabetes management for patients at Integritas Wellness as well as for the public. Dr. Rifai volunteers at multiple medical & social non-profit organizations, both national and local.

She is an avid contributor to her community, medical students and community at large.
