Javier Rodriguez, MD

Javier A. Rodriguez, M.D. is a graduate of the University of Nevada School of Medicine. He trained in Family Medicine at Dignity Health Methodist Hospital in Sacramento, CA, a facility heavily rooted in caring for the underserved, often forgotten population. It was here where he cared for very sick patients in the ICU, suffering from the sequelae of untreated illnesses such as Diabetes or End-Stage Renal Disease. Through this experience, Dr. Rodriguez developed a passion for preventative care and narrowing the gaps in communication, especially amongst the Spanish-Speaking population.  During his vast experience he specialized in Obesity Medicine and has impacted the community by helping thousands of patients embrace a healthier lifestyle.
