About Raymond

Raymond Chow, a San Francisco native, has over a decade of experience as an exercise specialist . After studying kinesiology, he shifted his focus to sports medicine, providing care for athletes and geriatric patients. Following five years in sports medicine, Raymond attended graduate school to enhance the quality of care for his clients. As an exercise specialist at Enara, Raymond returned to his roots as an educator of exercise science, teaching movement and using exercise as medicine. His background in sports medicine shapes his approach to helping those who fear exercise by demonstrating how it can be a powerful facilitator of change. Exercise, in Raymond's view, is a vast toolbox with the potential to accomplish many things in the right hands, and he teaches people how to use these tools effectively. Raymond holds an M.S. in Applied Exercise Science, Strength and Conditioning, and Human Movement Science from Concordia University of Chicago, a B.S. in Kinesiology from San Francisco State University, and certifications as a CSCS, CES, and CPT.
