Food for Thought: Super Meals for the Super Bowl

Super Bowl is fun for a lot of reasons, but those reasons typically involve overeating high-fat, salty snacks and meals.

Some of these are great mains that are easy to make in the pressure cooker or Instant Pot, and some are healthy but delicious appetizers. When it doubt, a large colorful vegetable crudite tray with hummus or salsa is a great low calorie option.
