Grocery Spotlight: Wild Smoked Sockeye Salmon

We love this salmon because it’s wild, not farmed, and unlike some other smoked salmon, it has no added color or sugar. Salmon is high in omega-3 fatty acids, which help improve inflammation, blood pressure, and cholesterol, plus it’s got a good amount of protein, B vitamins and potassium. This is great added to a salad or even as a protein option in the morning instead of eggs.
