Grocery Spotlight: Jicama Tortillas

/ August 24, 2018

We love finding new and interesting replacements for bread and this one is really exciting. We’ve veered away from Trader Joe’s this week and took a trip to Whole Foods to see what products they had in store. We found this package of jicama tortillas, made out of just jicama (a vegetable known for its crispy crunchiness and a perfect dipper into salsa and guacamole) pounded down to allow it to hold delicious taco ingredients. These are 8 calories per slice, people! Found in the refrigerated section, use for your next fiesta.
